General rules
Please note that all principles and procedures of Aabsal Pakistan Company are in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Electronic Commerce Law and the Consumer Rights Protection Law, and subsequently the user is also obliged to comply with the relevant laws. If there are any changes in the laws, procedures and services of Aabsal Pakistan Company in the future, they will be published and updated on this page.

Rules related to order registration and processing
1. Business day means Saturday to Wednesday of each week (official company holidays are closed) and all orders placed on business days will be processed on the first day after the holiday. And the possibility of placing an order is active on all days of the week and 24 hours a day.
2. All orders registered on the Aabsal Pakistan Company website are queued for processing, and Aabsal Pakistan Company always makes the utmost care and effort in sending and delivering all registered orders.
3. In case of any problem during payment, the amount deducted from the customer’s account will be credited to the customer’s account within 72 business hours.
4. When ordering the desired product, users must complete the membership form and shipping address with correct and complete information.
5. It is not possible to pay for the purchased item at home and the cost of the item must be paid online.
6. It should be noted that adding an item to the shopping cart does not mean reserving the item and does not create any rights for customers. Also, before the final registration, any changes, including changes in the inventory or price, will be applied to the item added to the shopping cart. Therefore, customers who are willing and determined to make a definitive purchase, especially for discounted items, are advised to finalize their order as soon as possible so that they do not face the end of the inventory or price change of the items. It is obvious that Absal Company does not have any responsibility for the items left in the shopping cart .
7. After delivering the goods, you can use the after-sales service representatives section on the site to install the desired product.
Rules for sending official invoices
1. Dear customer, if you have a request for an official invoice, first enter your legal details in your account and after registering the order and purchasing from the site, send us a letter on the relevant company’s letterhead containing the national ID, registration number, and the product you purchased from the Aabsal site, along with the amount deposited and a request for an official invoice, and finally the company’s CEO’s seal and signature.
Rules for sending orders
1. Shipping the product to Tehran and its suburbs: The product is shipped by courier and the shipping fee is paid by the customer on site. The delivery of the product takes place at the main entrance of the building on the ground floor and the courier has no obligation to transport the product into the building or floors.
2. Shipping the product to cities: Shipping the product from the factory to the Tehran shipping point is free of charge. From the Tehran shipping point to the destination province, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
3. Product delivery time in Tehran and the suburbs of Tehran: After registering the order, the product will be delivered within 2 working days.
4. Product delivery time for cities: After registering the order, the product will be delivered to the carrier within 2 business days.
Order cancellation rules
After delivery of the product (provided that the product is unused and sealed), it is possible to return it, but the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and only the cost of the product according to the purchase invoice will be refunded.
